Please note, that we will be running on reduced staffing levels and will be offering trade critical cover only, on an On Call basis after 5pm on Christmas eve and New Years eve and all day on Christmas Day and New Years Day. If you have a trade critical issue during these times, please call the support team on the usual number, emails will not be monitored during these periods. If your issue is not directly impacting your ability to trade, you will be asked to call back once normal support resumes in order to keep our team free to resolve any trade critical issues that may arise.
