All the hardware you need will be in the box, including a High Specification 15” POS Terminal, a durable metal cash drawer and a thermal receipt printer  

What is the installation process?

You will be notified of a delivery date once your order has been processed and your TISSL POS in a Box should be with you within 48 hours.  Everything you need is in the box, so unpack and set up! 

Will we receive training on usage of the EPOS system?

Answer

Using our training materials, you will be able to program the system with very minimal IT knowledge.  You also receive one hours free telephone support (Weekdays 0900 – 1700) from our Milton Keynes based support team.  Additional training can be purchased if required (but we don’t think you’ll need it!)

What support is available?

Your TISSL POS in a Box includes one-hour telephone support to help you get on your way setting up products and users.  After that, email support is available during office hours 0900 – 1700.  Enhance support packages are available at an additional cost  

Can you install this for me?

Your TISSL POS in a Box will come with comprehensive set up and training materials so even with the most basic of IT skills, you should be able to get yourself up and running in no time.

How many devices can I use?

This is the only device you need!  Your POS in a Box will include 5 user licences for your members of staff.  If you require further licences for additional devices or users, please contact us

No.  You are buying a complete system that includes everything you require to get up and running, including a POS Terminal, Receipt Printer, Cash Drawer and Software.  We do have alternative options if you already have your own hardware.  Please ‘contact us’ to find out more. 

Are there any ongoing costs?

Your initial purchase includes a five user licence for one month from date of purchase.  After this, the card you registered with will be charged £39/month (plus VAT).  You are able to cancel your subscription at any time with one months notice however you will not be able to access your POS software or reports

Will I receive program upgrades?

Answer

Yes!  Our software is designed to be updated in the background without interfering in your day to day business. 

What else might I need?

Nothing! You are buying a complete system that includes everything you require to get up and running, including a POS Terminal, Receipt Printer, Cash Drawer and Software.   However, if you would like to ‘contact us’ if you are unsure about your exact requirements, our experienced team will be more than happy to advise.
