Terms and Conditions
Offer: 50% off TISSL Hosted Services Fees for the first 3 months following migration.
- The Offer
1.1 TISSL will apply a 50% discount to the standard monthly subscription fee for the TISSL electronic point of sale system (“EPOS”) for the first three (3) consecutive monthly billing periods following the restaurant’s Go-Live Date (the “Promotional Period”).
1.2 The discount applies to the flat monthly subscription fee only. It does not apply to any one-off charges, third-party fees, payment processing fees (including ClearAccept), hardware, or any additional modules, integrations or services purchased separately.
1.3 After the Promotional Period ends, the subscription reverts automatically to the standard monthly fee as set out in the restaurant’s signed order form or agreement.
- Eligibility
2.1 This offer is available to new TISSL customers only. It is not available to restaurants that are already live on TISSL, or that have previously held a TISSL subscription.
2.2 To qualify, the restaurant must:
(a) sign a TISSL order form or subscription agreement within 28 days of the date this offer is issued to them (“Sign-Up Deadline”); and
(b) complete migration to TISSL and go live on the platform (“Go-Live Date”) within 6 months of the date of signing.
2.3 “Sign-up” means the date on which a duly authorised representative of the restaurant signs the relevant TISSL order form or subscription agreement.
2.4 “Go-Live Date” means the date on which the restaurant’s EPOS system is fully migrated and operational on TISSL for live service, as confirmed in writing by TISSL’s onboarding team.
2.5 This offer is available to one property per signed agreement. Restaurant or venue groups with multiple properties must sign and migrate each property individually to qualify for the discount on that property’s subscription.
- Missed Deadlines
3.1 If the restaurant does not sign within the 28-day Sign-Up Deadline, this offer lapses automatically and cannot be honoured on a later signature.
3.2 If the restaurant signs within the Sign-Up Deadline but does not go live within 6 months of the date of signing, the promotional discount is forfeited. Standard subscription fees will apply in full from the restaurant’s actual Go-Live Date.
3.3 Any delay to migration caused by the restaurant (including but not limited to delayed provision of data, delayed staff availability for training, or delayed decisions on configuration) will count towards the 6-month migration window. TISSL will act reasonably and communicate proactively to help the restaurant migrate within the window, but the responsibility for meeting the deadline sits with the restaurant.
3.4 Where a delay is caused solely by TISSL (for example, onboarding resource availability), TISSL may at its discretion extend the 6-month migration window to preserve the restaurant’s eligibility for the discount.
- General Terms
4.1 This offer cannot be combined with any other TISSL promotional offer/discount unless expressly agreed in writing by TISSL.
4.2 This offer applies to the TISSL EPOS subscription only. It does not extend to Rezcontrol, Giftpro, Kurve Kiosks, or any other ClearCourse group product, whether purchased alongside TISSL or separately.
4.3 The discount has no cash value and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, transferred to another entity or property, or offset against any other charge.
4.4 Standard contract terms, minimum term, notice period and payment terms as set out in the restaurant’s signed agreement continue to apply throughout and beyond the Promotional Period. This offer varies only the fee payable during the first 3 months; it does not otherwise vary the agreement.
4.5 TISSL reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time before an order form is signed. Withdrawal or amendment will not affect any restaurant that has already signed a qualifying agreement.
4.6 This offer is provided at the discretion of TISSL and any disputes as to eligibility will be resolved by TISSL acting reasonably.
4.7 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
